Collecting FeltFriends points

Membership in the Points Collection program is automatic, upon registration or upon completion of any order for an Online purchase. Each purchase made will automatically credit Points in the MY LOYALTY POINTS section of your PERSONAL ACCOUNT.

The points collection is valid on the entire product list.

In the case of discounted products, some products may not be enabled to collect points.

The points obtained with each purchase vary according to the total amount of the single product. Each € 1 spent corresponds to an accumulated value of € 0.02. The page of each product will show how many points will be credited in case of purchase.

To view the accumulated points is very simple! Log in to "My Account", and click on "MY LOYALTY POINTS".

In your account you will see all the orders placed and the relative accumulated points. The status of the points can be processed until your order is SHIPPED after which the status will change to AVAILABLE, therefore ready to be converted or ALREADY CONVERTED if a discount code has already been generated.

1) Decide whether to convert your points immediately into a discount code or prefer to accumulate others and use them later. To convert your points into a discount code click on "CONVERT MY FELTFRIENDS POINTS INTO A VOUCHER" a window will appear to confirm your choice.

2) Once you have confirmed your choice, you will see a new table with the list of your coupons. You will be able to view the summary of the points accumulated, available and already used. You will also see the expiry terms of the generated voucher. All vouchers are valid for 365 days.

At this point, take note of the code generated and enter it in the summary of your cart to get the corresponding discount.
