Wholesale Terms and Conditions
The offer and sale of products on the website www.ideeinfeltro.com are governed by these Wholesale Terms and Conditions. Access and use of this website presuppose the reading, knowledge, and acceptance of these Wholesale Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Additional Legal Notices.

1. Minimum Order Amount
The minimum order amount for wholesale orders on our shop is €200 excluding VAT.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times range from 2 to 5 days depending on product availability. Some items may be available for immediate delivery and therefore delivered within 24/48 hours.
3. Payments
For wholesale orders, we only accept payment by advance bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
4. Shipping and Product Delivery
Shipping is always free, regardless of the order amount.
5. Merchandise Returns
For wholesale orders, merchandise returns are accepted only if the delivered goods are faulty, the delivered model is incorrect, or the sent size is different from the one ordered.
In any case, returns are not accepted for customized products.
We only process merchandise exchanges for faulty, broken, or damaged items. The defect must be reported promptly via email with photographic documentation to info@ideeinfeltro.com
6. Resale Price
We do not impose the resale price of items; you are free to apply the price you deem appropriate, keeping in mind market prices.
You can view your reserved prices and place wholesale orders directly online.
Here is how to proceed:
1) REGISTER AS A RESELLER
As a first step, you will have to register on our portal as a company, remember to enter all your company details, VAT number and unique code for electronic invoicing. Alternatively, you can enter your pec address.
2) SEND US YOUR REQUEST
After registering, send us an email to info@ideeinfeltro.com with a request to activate your reseller account. In your request, please clearly state your VAT number and the email address used during registration.
3) AWAIT OUR INTERVENTION
As soon as we receive your request by email, one of our employees will check the data you have entered and activate your reseller account. You will then be able to view your reserved prices and place your first order. Account activation generally takes place within 24 hours.
ATTENTION: registration must first be approved by our back office, to see the discounted prices please wait for our email notifying you that you have been enabled to the service.
