How to join the Points Collection?
Membership in the Points Collection program is automatic, upon registration or upon completion of each order for an Online purchase. Each purchase made will automatically credit Points in the MY LOYALTY POINTS section of your PERSONAL ACCOUNT.
The collection of Points is valid on the entire product list.
In the case of discounted products, some products may not be enabled to collect points.
How many points do I get with each purchase?
The Points obtained for each purchase vary depending on the total amount of the individual product. Every €1 spent corresponds to a value of €0.04 accumulated. Each product page will show how many points will be credited in case of purchase.
How to see your points balance
It's easy to view your accumulated points! Log in to "My Account", and click on "MY LOYALTY POINTS".
How to use the points accumulated?
In your account you will see all the orders placed and the related points accumulated. The status of the points can be processed until your order is SHIPPED after which the status will change to AVAILABLE, then ready to be converted or ALREADY CONVERTED in case a discount code has already been generated.
1) Decide whether you want to convert your points into a discount code now or prefer to accumulate more and use them later. To convert your points into a discount code click on "CONVERT MY FELTFRIENDS POINTS INTO A VOUCHER" AND A WINDOW WILL APPEAR TO CONFIRM YOUR CHOICE.
2) Once you have confirmed your choice, you will see a new table with the list of your coupons. You will be able to view a summary of your accumulated, available and already redeemed points. You will also see the expiry terms of the generated voucher. All vouchers are valid for 365 days.
At this point, take note of the code generated and enter it in the summary of your cart to get the corresponding discount.
